A few days after garnering a few deserved MVP votes, James Harrison has been named NFL defensive player of the year. Deservedly so, anyone would argue. It's a little curious that Polamalu wasn't higher in the running, but it was probably an either/or proposition with teammates.Harrison, of course, has needed the two weeks of rest, as he's been plagued with a back injury the last few weeks of the regular season, not that that stopped him from still being the best pass rusher on the field. Nonetheless, a repeat performance of his output in the first Chargers game (forced fumble that resulted in a safety, key interception in the red zone) will be needed for the Steelers to take another against the Chargers.
So, kudos Silverback, Deebo, etc. Just a further testament to the fact that you should've been starting earlier.

A curse is forthcoming for Mr. Harrison
A Harrison is forthcoming for Mr. Rivers.
trudat, Ape!!! Harrison is a BEAST and Rivers will feel it.
Philip needs to go with a 3 step drop and throw slants all night, lest he be devoured alive by this little freak of nature.
Although Philip is extremely agile and could evade him if need be....or stick with the 3 step drop
It's easy to evade Silverback when he's being held by the o-line.
The big question is whether or not the Chargers will bring their cheerleaders and whether or not the networks will give us enough shots of them.
Spatula, they are going to be wearing parkas anyway. I'd rather just go to Google images and type in "tits".
That has always worked for me.
Rivers is about as agile as a giraffe on roller skates.
...a giraffe on roller skates...on ice. We love him in spite of his lack of athleticism.
Probably right about the 6-5 score. Steeler D good for 7 alone...can't we wish for another anomaly?
